Terms of Service

SubCheckr helps you track recurring subscriptions, receive renewal reminders, and view spending analytics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use.

SubCheckr is currently offered on a free beta basis. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Where paid plans apply, pricing and plan features will be presented to you before you subscribe, and any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, on behalf of JKJ Enterprises LLC. We do not store your full payment card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Each account’s data is private and isolated from other users.

You retain ownership of the subscription information and other content you enter into SubCheckr. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SubCheckr is a tool to help you organize subscriptions; it is not financial advice, and we do not guarantee that reminders or analytics will be error-free or uninterrupted. You remain responsible for managing your own subscriptions and payments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKJ Enterprises LLC and its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
